Mouth Watering Cheesekut!

Hi goodnight. I would like to share about the dessert I made last week, which is CHEESEKUT. I have intended to make this dessert since last year I guess, when it went viral on facebook. I must been very busy all this while until I finished my degree in early Jan this year.

Not only requires simple ingredients, it is also no need to be baked in the oven. Instead, it just need to be chilled in the fridge. There are only 4 ingredients required to make this simple non-baked cheesekut. I just spend RM25 for all these ingredients. Cream cheese is the most expensive one, which is RM9.

So here I'm gonna share with you the recipe...

  1. First of all, mix all cream cheese, 1/2 tin condensed milk and 1/4 cup of milk until become a paste. This can be done by using a mixer or blender. As for me, I use a mixer.
  2. After pour some milk into a plate, dip the biscuits one by one in the milk and then, arrange them in a beaker, forming a layer of biscuits.
  3. Apply thick layer of paste onto the biscuits layer and spread them entirely.
  4. Form again a layer of biscuits and apply thick layer of paste onto them entirely.
  5. Repeat step 4 until how many layers you want.
  6. Let the top layer filled with the paste.
  7. Add some milo powder onto them. This is optional, some people add nestum.
  8. Lastly, put them into the fridge and let it chilled for at least 2 hours.

after 2 hours of chilled...

here it is...
