Moist Chocolate Cakes Paling Senang!

Hello everyone. Today I want to share what I have been doing during my mid semester break. My mom asked me to do moist chocolate cake in just a simple way. She told me to do so as she knew I love moist chocolate cake. I love you mom! Plus, all the ingredients were already in the kitchen. So I made it myself yesterday and here it is...........

So the ingredients you need can be separated into two, one for the cake(A) and another one for the topping(B). 

Ingredients (A) :
1. 3 eggs
2. 1 cup choco powder
3. 1 cup sugar
4. 1 cup condensed milk
5. 1 cup evaporated milk
6. 1 cup cooking oil
Just blend in all the ingredients above. After that pour them in the ingredients below and stir in a suitable container.
7. 1 1/4 cup flour
8. 1 small spoon baking powder
9. 1 small spoon soda bicarbonate
You can choose either want to bake or steam. I prefer baking because it taste more crunchy and I like it. Steaming make the texture softer. Baking take 1 hour with 170-180°C

Ingredients (B) :
1. 200g Cooking chocolate bar(I used Nona's)
2. 200g butter
3. Almond flakes(I used Nona's)
After take out the cake from the oven, steam the cooking choc bar and butter together until melt. Once it melts,poured it onto the surface of the cake slowly. Lastly put the almond flakes on them and it is ready to be served!
